1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used surgical instruments.

2. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Replacements & Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

• Customized or specially manufactured instruments are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Clearance or closeout items are final sale.
